A reflection on responsibility

Reflections for the day

1 Corinthians 15:58

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labour in the Lord is not in vain.

Romans 8:1-2

Life through the Spirit

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

A reflection on responsibility (one of several)

Heavenly Father,

We are able to see in a way that is clear that  Our Lord Jesus Christ, died for us in order to save us from all of our sins, and to show us the way to you, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that Our Lord Jesus Christ, died in a manner which caused him pain. We are able to see in a way that is clear that Our Lord Jesus Christ, died in a manner which caused him suffering, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that Our Lord Jesus Christ, died in a manner which caused him heartbreak.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many who believe in your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many who believe in a resurrection. We are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many who believe that the death of your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, is one that is largely ignored.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that we have a responsibility towards you, and there are many who are able to see in a way that is clear that this responsibility is one that is enduring, and there are many who are able to see in a way that is clear that a responsibility is one of looking after another. We are able to see in a way that is clear that this responsibility is one that enables some to use a gift you have bestowed upon some, and those gifts are ones that are to do with money, and those gifts are ones to do with time, and those gifts are ones to do with energy, and those gifts are ones to do with talent, and those gifts are ones to do with bodies, and those gifts are ones to do with minds, and those gifts are ones to do with your Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask you to guide Mankind in a daily life, and we ask you to guide many to balance a work life with a private life, and we ask you to guide many to invest all that we have in you.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that many have a position of responsibility, and this position of responsibility is one that often carries a sense of power, and this position of responsibility is one that often places a person in the eye of the public. Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that those who are in a position of responsibility, and those who are in a position of power, will reflect carefully upon a responsibility to another, and we hope and we pray that those who are in a position of responsibility, and those who are in a position of power, will turn to you always.

Heavenly Father, there are some who are unable to see a way forward in a way that is clear, and there are some who desire to be more responsible, and there are many who desire to be more obedient. Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that those who are unable to see a way forward in a way that is clear will reflect upon all that is said in the name of you, Our Heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to yourself, Our Heavenly Father, all that has been said in the name of the Father, and in the name of the Son, and in the name of the Holy Ghost, who lives within Man, and who dwells amongst Man, and who advocates for Man, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on wealth

Reflections of the day

Matthew 6:24-25

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothes?

1 Timothy 6:17-19

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

We look upon prayer as a means of getting things for ourselves; The Bible idea of prayer is that we may get to know God Himself.

A reflection on wealth

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in, and thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art a loving Father, and thou art a compassionate Father. Thou sent thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, into thou world to save Mankind from all sins, and to show Mankind thou way to thou.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, laid down a life for all, and that by doing so thou made to all Mankind what can be described as an ultimate sacrifice, and that thou sacrifice thou made for Mankind is one that reveals thou love for all, and thou love thou hath for Mankind is one that is there for each and every one of us, and is a love that is all encompassing, and is a love that is not bound by words, and is a love that is not bound by time, and is a love that is not bound by energy. Thou love thou hath for Mankind is one that allows all to love thou, with all of a heart, and with all of a soul, and with all of a mind, and with all of a strength. Thou love that thou hath for all is one that overspills into a relationship, and thou love that thou hath for all is one that allows Mankind to love thou neighbour as thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, loves us all.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou Scriptures reveal that during thou life of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, cared for thou poor, and that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, cared for thou needy, and that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, cared for thou vulnerable.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, revealed in thou Scriptures much about wealth. We acknowledge that wealth is a gift from thou, and is a gift that thou hath entrusted some to use to carry out thou work for another.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou Scriptures reveal that thou desire is for Mankind to turn to thou always, and that thou desire is for Mankind to have a relationship with thou which is right, and that thou desire is for Mankind to have a relationship with another which is right. We are able to see in a way that is clear that a desire to be wealthy, and a desire to have possessions, beyond what is a need, will be one that will cause some to neglect thou, and will  be one that will cause some to neglect a family, and will be one that will cause some to neglect another. We acknowledge that a desire to serve thou, and a desire to serve wealth, is one that is not compatible.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou to guide Mankind in a daily life, and we ask thou to guide many to see that there is a to have a responsibility toward those who are poor, and toward those who are needy, and toward those who are vulnerable. We hope and we pray that those who are blessed with having a wealth that is beyond a need will reflect carefully upon a responsibility to share a wealth with those who are less than fortunate.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that what can be described as a preoccupation with wealth is one that is not desirable, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that in order to draw closer to thou, Mankind needs to turn a back on  a thought of wealth.

Heavenly Father, many desire to be thou obedient servant but  fall short in an expectation of thou, and many desire to lay down a life for thou but are reluctant at times, and many desire to be ready to do thou will but are rebellious at times.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou to guide many to emulate the life of St Lawrence, a man who spoke of thou poor and of thou needy as a treasure of thou Church. We hope and we pray that many will reflect upon the life of St Lawrence and are able to see in a way that is clear that thou art able to provide all our needs, and that our treasure is one that is of a life that is one that is eternal with thou.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, reigns on most high, and is, and was, and always will be, the most supreme, and the most absolute power, and being, that governs over all who are of this world that we live in, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on service for others

Reflections of the day

John 13:12-14

When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.”

Matthew 25:35-40

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?  When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

“God’s cause is committed to men; God commits Himself to men. Praying men are the vice-regents of God; they do His work and carry out His plans.” E.M. Bounds

A reflection on a service for another

Heavenly Father,

Thou art a loving Father and thou art a compassionate Father, and thou loves each and every one of us. Thou love for Mankind is one that is all encompassing, and thou love for Mankind is one that is not bound by words, and thou love for Mankind is one that is not bound by time, and thou love for Mankind is one that is not bound by energy. Thou love for Mankind is one that enables all to love thou with all of a heart, and with all of a soul, and with all of a mind, and with all of a strength. Thou love for Mankind is one that enables thou love for Mankind to spill over into a relationship, and thou love for Mankind is one that enables Mankind to love thou neighbour.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was thou humble servant, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, did not come into thou world to be served but came into thou world to serve all of Mankind. We acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, gave a life for all to show Mankind thou way to thou.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou desire is for Mankind to emulate thou life of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and that thou desire is for Mankind to love thou, and to love another, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that the love that many have for thou, and the love many have for another, is one that can be expressed in a service to another.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that by  serving another it can be described as one of a ministry, and we acknowledge that as thou servants that many will be called to glorify thou name.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide Mankind in a daily life, and we ask thou to guide all to say all, and to do all, to thou glory always, and we ask thou to guide all to look not to an interest of a self, but to an interest of another.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that we live in thou world, and in thou world many are faced with a difficulty, and a difficulty is one that can relate to a fear, and a fear for some is one of being accused in a way that is not valid, and the fear of being accused in a way that is not valid is one that prevents some from doing what is described as a deed that is good.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we hope and we pray that many will reflect carefully upon a situation where an act performed  or a word that is spoke may help another. We hope and we pray that many will put aside a worry, and we hope and we pray that many will put aside a concern, that there is, and we hope and we pray that many will make a choice that is right, and a choice that is good, in terms of what is said, and in terms of what is done.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we uphold to thou the good works of thou Samaritans, and we ask thou to place a number of opportunities before thou Samaritans to continue in supporting another.

Heavenly Father, many will desire to be thou obedient servant but will fall short in thou expectation, and many will desire to lay down a life for thou but will be reluctant at times, and many will desire to be ready to do thou will but will be rebellious at times.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for all Mankind to save all from sin, and to show Mankind thou way to thou, and in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who lives within Man, and who dwells amongst Man, and who advocates for Man, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on endurance

Reflections for the day

Romans 5:3-4

Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

Hebrews 12:1-3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart

James 1:12

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

All who have walked with God have viewed prayer as the main business of their lives.

A reflection on endurance

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in, and thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by Mankind. We acknowledge that all things are created for a purpose, and we acknowledge that all things are created with a purpose. We acknowledge that all things are done in thou own good time.

Heavenly Father, thou art Our Heavenly Father, who knows all, and thou art Our Heavenly Father who sees all, and thou hath possession of all thou facts. We acknowledge that thou purpose for Mankind is one to draw closer to thou, and we acknowledge that thou purpose for Mankind is of one to live a life that emulates the life of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge that all good things happen to those who can live a life that can be described as godly.

Heavenly Father, thou art a loving Father, and thou art a compassionate Father, and thou loves each and every one of us. Thou love for Mankind is one that enables thou love for all to spill over into a relationship, and thou love for Mankind is one that enables all to love thou neighbour.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, died a death that is one that can be described as one of suffering. We are able to see in a way that is clear that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was able to endure a time on the cross, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou intended thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to die in this way in order for thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to bear all sin of Mankind, and in order for all to find thou way to thou.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that St Paul was a man that lived a life of endurance, and that through a life of endurance he was seen as thou servant.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we reflect carefully upon the nature of endurance, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou desire is for Mankind to persevere during a time that is difficult, and that in order for many to persevere there is a need to place a trust, and there is a need to place a faith, and there is a need to place a belief in thou. We acknowledge that thou art Our Heavenly Father, who is faithful to all Mankind, and we acknowledge that thou art with all of Mankind, always, in a way that can be described as divine.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide many at a time of difficulty, and we ask thou to uplift many during a time of difficulty.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that all need to remain steadfast in a faith of thou, and we are able to see in a way that is clear  that there is a  need to stand firm in a faith of thou, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there is a need to continue to do thou work that thou hath called all to do in thou name.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide all to endure a time that is difficult with patience, and we ask thou to guide all in a daily life, and we ask thou to guide many to turn a back on a temptation that can be described as one that is sinful, and to turn to thou always.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou, at this time, to place a number of opportunities before the organisers of the London Marathon, and to reflect carefully upon a recent event, and we hope and we pray that the organisers of the London Marathon are able to address an issue that may exist with enabling a participant of the London Marathon to be one who is fit, and to be one who is healthy to participate.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that if a trial, and if a tribulation, is endured in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, that all will be blessed with a life that is eternal with thou, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that an endurance is necessary for all to grow in a way that can be described as spiritual, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that many will need to turn to thou for a comfort, and for a strength, in order to persevere, and in order to endure.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake, in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, is, and was, and always will be, the most supreme, and the most absolute power, and being, that reigns over all who are of this world that we live in, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on forgiveness (one of several)

Reflections for the day

Luke 15:3-7

Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbours together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

Luke 23:34

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

We must alter our lives in order to alter our hearts, for it is impossible to live one way and pray another. –William Law

A reflection on forgiveness (one of several)

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in and thou hath created all things known to Man, and thou hath created all things that are unseen by Man.

Heavenly Father, thou art a loving Father, and thou art a compassionate Father, and thou loves each and every one of us. Thou love for us is one that is all encompassing, thou love for us is one that hath no words to describe, and thou love for us is one that is not bound by time and energy. Thou love for us is one that enables us to love thou with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength. Thou love is one that enables our love for thou to spill over into all our relationships, and thou love is one that enables us to love thou neighbour.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we acknowledge that many of us find it difficult to forgive those who have wronged us. We are able to see that for some of us it is difficult to let go of anger, and we are able to see that it is hard to forgive others when we are still angry. We are able to see that some of us desire to see that justice prevails, and that some of us see that to forgive in situations where justice is meted may be seen by others as condoning the act. We are able to see that some of us would prefer that those who have offended us, and those who have upset us, should not be forgiven as it is often seen by others as an avoidance of justice. We are able to see that some of us desire an outcome that can be described as an “eye for an eye” and a “tooth for a tooth.” We are able to see that some of us find it difficult to forgive if those who have offended us, and those who have upset us, have not said sorry for their actions against us.

Heavenly Father, thou sent thou only Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, into this world to save us from all our sin. We acknowledge that during the ministry of Our Lord Jesus Christ he revealed to Man that he had come to set us free, and we are able to see that this was a means by which we are able to turn to thou and to ask thou for forgiveness for all our sins. Our Lord Jesus Christ revealed to us upon the cross that love triumphs over evil by the words of forgiveness that was uttered from the cross for those who had condemned him, and by a response of a promise in paradise to the thief who repented from the cross where he died alongside Our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are able to see that thou Scriptures teach Man that we need to confess all our sins to thou in order to be forgiven, and in order for us to have a righteous relationship with thou we need to repent. We are able to see that in order to restore what can be described as a right relationship with Man, we must confess to Man our wrong doings. We acknowledge that we cannot be right in our relationship with thou if we are wrong in our relationship with Man. We acknowledge that if Man has wronged us that thou desires us to be forgiving to Man always.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide us in our daily lives, we ask thou to help us understand that thou desire is for us to love thou neighbour. We ask thou to help us understand that those who have offended us, and those who have upset us, have the capacity for good. We hope and we pray that Man is able to reflect carefully upon the nature of forgiveness and is able to see that by forgiving we are able to free ourselves from the anger and the bitterness that we feel, and that by forgiving we are able to provide opportunities for others to transform their lives, and that by the power of forgiveness that we are able to draw nearer to thou.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thou all that has been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who together with thouself and thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, reigns on most high and is, and was, and always will be the most supreme and most absolute power and being, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on God’s plans for us

Reflections for the day

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Daily Prayer: Whatever plans I have in mind, Lord I surrender them to you. I will do the best I can but in the end, let your Will be done. Amen!

Temptations which accompany the working day will be conquered on the basis of the morning breakthrough to God. Decisions, demanded by work, become easier and simpler where they are made not in the fear of men, but only in the sight of God. He wants to give us today the power which we need for our work.

– Dietrich Bonhoeffer

A reflection on God’s plans for us.

Heavenly Father, thou art Our Heavenly Father, who knows all, and thou art Our Heavenly Father, who sees all, and thou art Our Heavenly Father who hath possession of all thou facts. We acknowledge that thou purpose for Mankind is of one to draw closer to thou, and we acknowledge that thou purpose for Mankind is of one to live a  life that emulates thou life of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge that all good things happen to those who can live a life that can be described as godly.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that many are impatient to know of thou purpose, and we acknowledge that many are not able to see in a way that is clear thou purpose for Mankind.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide Mankind in a daily life, and we ask thou to guide all to be what is described as meek in a manner, and we ask thou to guide all to be pure in a heart, and we ask thou to guide all to be obedient to thou, and we ask thou to guide all to have a wisdom in all that is said, and in all that is done.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou will protect, and thou will guide all who turn to thou, and  we acknowledge that thou art able to heal a broken heart, and that through thou grace and mercy are able to heal some who have what can be described as an ailment that is in need of healing. We ask thou to guide all Mankind to perceive, and we ask thou to guide all Mankind to discern a purpose in a life of thou, and we ask thou to guide all Mankind to accept that an event that happens in a life may happen for a divine purpose.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that Mankind can accept in faith that all things work together, and that the things that work together can be for the good of another.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear  that there are times when many are what is described as wiser after an event, and that this wisdom is one that is described as hindsight. We are able to see in a way that is clear that a life is one that is interwoven with the life of another, and that at times it is difficult for all to see thou plan. We are able to see in a way that is clear that although Mankind has a freedom of will that thou have ordered all lives to have a purpose, that at times are of a nature that is divine, and that thou purpose that is everlasting is always for Mankind to glorify thou.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that a life is one that can be described as a journey, and that a journey is one that  does not end in a life on earth, and that thou plan that is everlasting is for all Mankind to keep to a path that is one that is straight and narrow, and is a path that leads toward thou light which is eternal, and that to remain on thou path which is straight and narrow, toward thou light which is eternal, that a  choice will need to be made, and a sorrow will need to be proffered for an error of a way, and a change in a life will need to be made that reflects a sorrow for an error of a way.

Heavenly Father, many accept that all Mankind are called according to thou purpose. We desire to know thou will for a self, and we desire for thou to uphold a self, and to comfort a self when a time is difficult, and we acknowledge that a time in the future many will desire to draw closer to thou.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake, in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, is, and was, and always will be, the most supreme, and the most absolute power, and being, who governs all who are of this earth that we live on, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on renewal

A reflection on renewal

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in, and thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and we praise thou, and we exalt thou name on high.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that many are able to see in a way that is clear that thou hath revealed thou self through thou Creation, and through thou glory.

Heavenly Father, thou art a loving Father, and thou art a compassionate Father, and thou hath made a provision for each and all of us in terms of a need. Thou knoweth of a strain, and thou knoweth of a stress that is of one in a daily life,  and thou knoweth of a strain, and thou knoweth of a stress that  there is in a service to thou, and in a service for another.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that many have a belief, and many have a thought, and many have an idea, and many have an opinion, and many have a conviction, and many have a prejudice, that is one that is formed by an influence of another. A thought, an idea, an opinion, a conviction, and a prejudice, is one that is formed by what is seen, and is one that is formed by what is experienced, and that all of these things are ones that can be tainted by ways that can be described as sinful, and all of these things are ones that can be tainted by ways that can be described as selfish.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou knoweth our every thought, and we acknowledge that there is a need to renew a mind, so that a mind will reflect thou purity, and so that a mind will reflect thou righteousness, and so that a mind will reflect thou love, and so that a mind will reflect thou joy.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that at a time in the future that many will desire to turn to thou, and we acknowledge that in order to draw closer to thou many will need to say sorry for the error of a way, and that many will need to ask thou to forgive many for an error of a way, and that many will need to make a change in a life that will reflect a sorrow for an error of a way.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that through a forgiveness, and through a repentance, many will be able to remain upon thou path which is one that is straight, and which is one that is narrow, toward thou light which is eternal. We are able to see in a way that is clear that thou desire is for all Mankind to have a thought, and to speak a word, and to do a deed, that is in an alignment with thou will.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are times in a life when all will fall short in thou expectation. Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide all Mankind in a daily life, and we ask thou to strengthen a resolve to address an area for which there is a concern of thou. We are able to see in a way that is clear that there is a need to give of a self to thou in a prayer that is proffered on a basis that is regular, and is on a basis that is daily, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there is a need to give of a self in a study of thou Scripture, which is on a basis that is daily, and that there is a need to give of a self to worship thou, which is on a basis that is weekly, and there is a need to give of a self in service to thou, and there is a need to give of a self in service to another.

Heavenly Father, we are thankful that thou hath blessed Mankind with “every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ.” We are thankful that although a body will become aged, and that although a physical capability may become impaired, that we can be assured of thou renewal of a spirit, and that we can be assured of thou renewal of a heart, and we can be assured of thou renewal of a soul when we turn to thou always.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake, in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, reigns on most high, and is, and was, and always will, be the most supreme, and the most absolute power, and being, that advocates for all Mankind, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on forgiveness (one of several)

Reflections for the day

1 John 2

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.

1 John 1:9-11

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.  If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

Acts 3:19

“Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.”

We must alter our lives in order to alter our hearts, for it is impossible to live one way and pray another. –William Law

A reflection on forgiveness (one of several)

Heavenly Father,

We acknowledge thou majesty of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, we acknowledge thou purity of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge thou power of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is at this time during Easter that we reflect upon the meaning of thou resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that the doctrine of thou resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ is one that is central to the Christian Faith. We acknowledge that thou resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ was one that gave meaning to thou crucifixion, and we acknowledge that thou crucifixion was one that thou intended ,and thou intention was for thou death of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ to be one that took on the sins of all in thou world, and that by taking on the sins of all in thou world, thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, showed us the way to thou.

Heavenly Father, thou art a loving Father and thou art a forgiving Father. We are able to see that thou Scriptures teach Man that Man needs to confess all sins to thou in order to be forgiven, and in order for Man to hath a righteous relationship with thou, Man needs to repent. We are able to see that in order to restore what can be described as a right relationship with thou, that Man must confess a sorrow to all others who have been affected by a wrong doing. We acknowledge that Man cannot be right in a relationship with thou, if Man is not right in a relationship with another.

Heavenly Father, many of us are able to see that the area of concern that need to be addressed with Man relate to quarrels, that the area of concern that need to be addressed with Man may relate to debts owed and that the area of concern that needs to be addressed with Man may relate to difficulties in a relationship.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide us in our daily lives, and we ask thou to help us to reflect carefully upon all our relationships, and we ask thou to help us to say sorry where a sorrow is due, and we ask thou to help us address those relationships which need to be renewed.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that all sin is against thou, and we acknowledge the need to confess every sin of which we are aware. We are thankful for the gracious provision of thou divine Advocate in thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge that thou provision is to show Man the way to thou, and to help Man come to terms with all sins, and to help Man to say sorry for all sins committed by a self, and to make a change in a life that is necessary.

Heavenly Father, we desire to be thou obedient servant but know we fall short in thou expectation, we desire to lay down a life for thou but know we are reluctant at times, and we desire to be ready to do thou Will but know we are rebellious at times.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that we can remain on thou path toward thou eternal light. We are able to see that thou path toward thou eternal light is one that is straight and is one that is narrow, and we are able to see that sin is a cause for Man to stumble.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that Man will reflect carefully upon the way that Man lives, we hope and we pray that Man will see the error of a way, we hope and we pray that Man will say sorry for all errors of a way, and we hope and we pray that Man will make a change that is necessary in a life, in order to turn to thou.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thou all that is spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who lives within us, who dwells amongst us, and who advocates for us, now and always, and for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on the wonder of Our Lord

Reflections for the day

Isaiah 9:6

And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

A reflection on the Wonder of Our Heavenly Father

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in, and thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and we praise thou, and we exalt thou, for thou power, and for thou mightiness.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou bestowed upon thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the title Wonderful Counsellor. We acknowledge that thouself, and thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, are at one with thou Holy Spirit. We acknowledge that thouself, and thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, are thou source of all wisdom, and thou source of all counsel, and we acknowledge that thouself, and thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, stand supreme above all.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time many desire to hear thou voice, and it is at this time many desire that thou can guide all Mankind with thou wisdom, and with thou counsel.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou bestowed upon thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the title Mighty God. We are able to see in a way that is clear that in thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, dwells all the fullness of thou Deity, and that a fullness is in what is known as a bodily form. We are able to see in a way that is clear that thou created thou world, and we are able to see in a way that is clear thou power at work in thou world.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou hath a majesty, and we acknowledge that thou hath a mightiness, and that all thou mightiness is there for all to perceive and to discern if all turn to thou in prayer.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that many are able to turn to thou in praise and in thankfulness for thou creation, and we hope and we pray that many are able to see in a way that is clear that thou can provide a number of opportunities before all Mankind, and we hope and we pray that many are able to see in a way that is clear that Mankind has a freedom of will which will renege an opportunity that is provided by thouself.

Heavenly Father, thou bestowed upon thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the title Everlasting Father. We acknowledge that thou art Our Heavenly Father of eternity. We acknowledge that all thou plans and thou purposes are everlasting, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou plans and thou purposes for all Mankind are ones that are for eternity. We acknowledge that thou art a loving Father, and thou art a compassionate Father, and that thou love and compassion for Mankind is one that is there for all Mankind at all times.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou for a direction in a daily life, and we ask thou to help all to see thou plan for a self, and we ask thou to guide all Mankind so that a life will take on a purpose that can be described as one that is inspired by thou.

Heavenly Father, thou bestowed upon thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, thou title Prince of Peace. We acknowledge that through a death on the cross thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, made peace for all Mankind, and that thou way to thou is through thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, we ask thou to help all to reflect upon a life carefully, and we ask thou to help all to say sorry for an error of a way, and we ask thou to help all to make a change in a life that is necessary, in order to remain upon a path which is one that is straight, and which is one that is narrow, and which is one that leads  toward thou light which is eternal.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that during thou time of  Easter  that many will turn to thou, and we hope and we pray that many will experience a peace, and will experience a  tranquillity, which only thou can impart.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake, in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, reigns on most high, and is, and was, and always will be, the most supreme, and the most absolute power and being, who governs all who live on thou earth, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on The Resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ

Reflections for the day

John 11:25-26

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

1 Corinthians 15:12-18

The Resurrection of the Dead

Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain. We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.  Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.

A reflection on The Resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ

Heavenly Father,

Thou art the creator of thou world that we live in, and thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and we praise thou for thou power and mightiness. We acknowledge that many of the events that happen in a life, and many of the events that have happened in a time gone by, have happened for a reason.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge thou majesty of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge thou purity of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we acknowledge thou power of thou risen Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time of Easter that we reflect upon the meaning of the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that the doctrine of the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, is one that is central to the Christian Faith. We acknowledge that the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was one that gave a meaning to a crucifixion, and we acknowledge that a crucifixion of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was one that thou intended, and thou intention was for the death of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to be one that took on the sins of all Mankind, and that by taking on the sins of all Mankind, thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, showed all Mankind thou way to thou.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou Scriptures reveal a number of occasions when thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, appeared in the flesh following a resurrection, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou Scriptures reveal that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, appeared in daylight, and in a lit room, and that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was able to appear and was able to disappear at will, and that an appearance is one that can be described as visible, and an appearance is one that can be described as tangible. We are able to see in a way that is clear that on an occasion when thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, appeared to thou disciples, and on an occasion when thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, appeared to another, that there was an  appearance of a likeness of a body as that in which thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, had been entombed.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that many accept that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was conceived by what is described as by a conception of immaculation, and we acknowledge that thou Son,Our Lord Jesus Christ, lived a life that is described as one free from sin, and we acknowledge that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, died a death to save Mankind from all sin by showing all thou way to thou, and thou way to thou is through a forgiveness of all sins, and by a repentance by a self.

Heavenly Father, all of thou life, and all of thou ministry, and the death and the resurrection of thou Son,Our Lord Jesus Christ, is accepted by many in faith. We are able to see in a way that is clear that the death and the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was necessary in order for all to perceive, and in order for all to discern, an origin of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and that the death and the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was necessary in order for all to perceive, and in order for all to discern, that thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, had accomplished what was promised in terms of proclaiming the word of thouself, and was necessary in order for all to perceive, and in order for all to discern, that the death and the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, was a fulfilment of thou prophecies of thou Old Testament, and that it was necessary in order for all to perceive, and in order for all to discern, that the death and resurrection of thou Son, Our  Lord Jesus Christ, provided thou way to thou through the forgiveness of all sin, and through a repentance of a sin by a self.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that many believe in the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that some fail to understand the significance of the resurrection of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou to guide all Mankind to reflect carefully on the error of a way, and we ask thou to guide many to say sorry for an error of a way, and we ask thou to guide many to repent for an error of a way. We hope and we pray that many will see a day as the beginning of a journey toward thou light which is eternal and is of thou, and we hope and we pray that many are able to see in a way that is clear that a path toward thou light which is one that is eternal, is one which is straight, and is one which is narrow, and we hope and we pray that many will turn to thou always.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that thouself hath spake, in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, who together with thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and thou Holy Spirit, reigns on most high, and is, and was, and always will be, the most supreme, and the most absolute power and being, that governs over all who are of thou world that we live in, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.
