A reflection on flooding

Reflections for the day

Revelation 4:11

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.

Our prayer and God’s mercy are like two buckets in a well; while the one ascends the other descends.

A reflection on flooding

Heavenly Father,

We acknowledge that all things are possible through you if there is a faith and if there is an understanding of you.

Heavenly Father, the issue of which many are concerned about is a flooding that has occurred in a time that is recent in your nation known as the United Kingdom, and the issue of which many are concerned about is a flooding that has occurred in a time that is recent in your nation known as Russia.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that a flooding that has occurred in the United Kingdom, and a flooding that has occurred in Russia, is one that has had an effect on your people of the United Kingdom, and is one that has had an effect on your people of Russia, that is an effect that is one of devastation. We are able to see in a way that is clear that some of your people have lost a life, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that some of your people have lost a home, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that some of your people have lost a business.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to you all your people who have lost a life, and we ask you to provide a number of opportunities before a family of a loved one who has lost a life, and we ask you to provide a number of opportunities before a friend of a loved one who has lost a life, to enable all to draw a comfort from thou, and to enable all to draw a strength from another, and we ask you to provide a number of opportunities before a family, and we ask you to provide a number of opportunities before a friend, of a loved one who has lost a life to enable a self to come to terms with the loss of a loved one.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to you all your people who have lost a home, and we uphold to you all your people who have lost a business. We ask you to provide a number of opportunities before some to enable all to come to terms with what is described as an event of devastation, and we ask you to provide a number of opportunities before many to enable all to see a way forward  in a way that is clear in order to resolve a situation that is faced.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that an event of devastation that has occurred is one that many are able to address. We are able to see in a way that is clear that an event of devastation that has occurred is one that is described as a weather of a nature that is extreme, and is one that has occurred as a result of the jet stream being one that is described as being misaligned. We are able to see in a way that is clear that the jet stream is one that is misaligned due to what is described as global warming. We are able to see in a way that is clear that what is described as global warming is one that is due to an emission of carbon which is described as excessive.

Heavenly Father, you are the creator of your world that we live in, and you have created all things known to all of Mankind, and you have created all things unseen by all of Mankind. You are almighty, and you are most powerful, and we praise you for your power and we praise you for your mightiness. You are Our Heavenly Father that knows all, and you are Our Heavenly Father that sees all, and you are Our Heavenly Father that is in possession of all the facts. You have instructed all of Mankind to be a keeper of your world that we live in, and you have instructed all of Mankind to have a dominion over all things that are known to Mankind, and you have instructed all of Mankind to subdue your earth.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that all of Mankind have fallen short in your expectation, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that all of Mankind have not kept your world in the way that you desire. We ask you to guide all of Mankind in a life that is lived daily, and we ask you to guide all of Mankind to see a way forward in a way that is clear that there is a need to reduce what is described as an emission of carbon which is excessive. We hope and we pray that many will reflect upon the need to care for your world in the way that you desire, and we hope and we pray that many will turn to you, and we hope and we pray that many will say sorry for the error of a way, and we hope and we pray that a self will make the changes that are necessary in a life of a self to enable a self to have a relationship with you which is right.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to yourself, Our Heavenly Father, all that is said in the name of yourself, Our Heavenly Father, and we uphold all that is said in the name of your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the way, and who is the truth, and who is the life, and who is the way to you, and we uphold all that is said in the name of your Holy Spirit, who lives within Man, and who dwells amongst Man, and who advocates for Man, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on global warming

Reflections for the day

Revelation 4:11

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.

Only those who see the invisible can attempt the impossible.”
Dick Eastman

On persevering prayer:

“I look at a stone cutter hammering away at a rock a hundred times without so much as a crack showing in it.  Yet at the 101st blow it splits in two.  I know it was not the one blow that did it, but all that had gone before.”

A reflection on global warming

Heavenly Father,

Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and thou art the creator of thou world, and thou art creator of all things that are in thou world. Thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art Our Heavenly Father who knows all, and thou art Our Heavenly Father who sees all, and thou art Our Heavenly Father who hath possession of all thou facts.

Heavenly Father, thou hath instructed all of Mankind in thou Scriptures to be a keeper of thou world that a self live in, and thou hath instructed all of Mankind to have a dominion over all things that are known to Mankind, and thou hath instructed all of Mankind to subdue thou earth.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou world was given to all of Mankind for a safe keeping, and we acknowledge that there are many who are happy with the way things are, and we acknowledge that there are many who believe that all of Mankind have fallen short in a keeping of thou world in thou way that thou hath created thou world.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we reflect upon the nature of global warming. We are able to see in a way that is clear that at times many are experiencing what can be described as a weather that is adverse in nature, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that a weather that is described as adverse in nature is one that can be attributed to an effect known as global warming. We are able to see in a way that is clear that many acknowledge that global warming has an effect on the environment. We are able to see in a way that is clear that much of what is seen as a factor of global warming is one that is described as a pollute. We are able to see in a way that is clear that a factor of pollution is the use of what is described as a fossil fuel.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou provides a number of opportunities before the Government of thou nation of thou United Kingdom, and we ask thou to provide a number of opportunities before many to reflect carefully upon a subsidy that there is for a company that produces a fossil fuel. We ask that thou permits a guidance to the Government, and we ask thou to permit a guidance to all of Mankind to see in a way that is clear that the use of a fossil fuel in a manner that is long term, will incur a significant imbalance to all of thou world. We ask thou to permit a guidance to the Government to reflect carefully upon the cost to finance a subsidy for a fossil fuel, and we ask thou to permit a guidance to the Government to reflect carefully upon the cost of protecting an oil field in a way that is described as military.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that all of Mankind will see a way forward in a way that is clear that the use of a fossil fuel as a means to provide all of Mankind with an energy is one that is less than likely to be sustainable, and we hope and we pray that many will see a need to develop what is described as a renewable energy as a means that will enable some of the damage that has occurred to thou world to be reversed.

Heavenly Father, there are many who see that the use of a renewable energy is one that is desirable, and there are some who see the use of a renewable energy to be one that is not sustainable.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that many will make the right choice, and we hope and we pray that many will see the error of a way, and we hope and we pray that many will say sorry for the error of a way, and we hope and we pray that many will make the changes that are necessary in a life of a self to show a repentance.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and we uphold all that hath been spake in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for all of Mankind, to save all of Mankind from all sins, and to show all of Mankind thou way to thou, and we uphold all that hath been spake in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who lives within Man, and who dwells amongst Man, and who advocates for Man, now and always, for evermore.

Amen

A reflection on thou world of Our Heavenly Father

Reflections for the day

Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

The roots of our prayer tree are the scriptures-the Bible. They supply nutrition to the whole tree. Drawing from the roots will increase our effectiveness and power in prayer.

The base trunk is our relationship with the Lord. Everything above it, all the branches, leaves and fruit rest in this relationship. It is out of our relationship with God that every kind of prayer comes forth. It is interesting that Jesus spoke of his relationship with his followers in similar terms. He said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)

A reflection on thou world of Our Heavenly Father

Heavenly Father,

Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and thou art the creator of thou world and all that is in thou world. Thou hath created all things known to Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by Mankind. Thou art Our Heavenly Father who knows all, and thou art Our heavenly Father who sees all, and thou art Our heavenly Father who hath possession of all thou facts. Thou hath instructed all of Mankind to be a keeper of thou world that Mankind lives in, and thou hath instructed all of Mankind to hath a dominion over all things that are known to Mankind, and thou hath instructed all of Mankind to subdue thou earth.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we acknowledge thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge thou beauty of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge thou splendour of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge thou mightiness of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge thou presence always in thou creation.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou world was given to all of Mankind for a safe keeping, and we acknowledge that there are many who are happy with the way things are, and we acknowledge that there are many who believe all of Mankind have fallen short in a keeping that is fitting of thou world in thou way that thou hath created thou world.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that the future of thou world is bleak unless all of Mankind incurs a change in a way of living. We are able to see in a way that is clear that what is described as a  resource that is natural, is a resource that is one that is, and has been, used in a way that is likely to cause a depletion of a resource, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that many will need to find what can be described as a method that is alternative to provide an energy that is needed by all of Mankind, in order for a lifestyle to remain constant. We are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many in what is described as thou nations of thou Third World who are unable to survive, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many in thou nations of thou Third World who are unable to survive for a lack of food, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many in thou nations of thou Third World who are unable to survive for a lack of water, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there are many in thou nations of thou Third World who are unable to survive for a lack of money to afford a medication that is needed to save a life.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see in a way that is clear that much of what has happened in thou world could have been prevented, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that much of what is likely to damage thou world can be prevented. We are able to see in a way that is clear that there is a need for all of thou nations of thou world to take stock in finding a method which is one that can promote a low carbon technology, and we are able to see in a way that is clear that there is a need for all of thou nations of thou world to deal with what can be described as an effect of and a change that can be predicted in the climate of thou world.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we desire for all who are at the United Nations Rio plus 20 Earth Summit to reflect carefully upon what is described as “A Way Forward in Sustainable Development.” We ask thou to provide a number of opportunities before all delegates, and we ask thou to provide a number of opportunities before all heads of Government, to be able to see a way forward in a way that is clear a resolution to an issue that relates to one of a development that is sustainable. We hope and we pray that a business will harness what is described as a natural resource, and we hope and we pray that a business will reduce what is described as a carbon emission, and we hope and we pray that all businesses are able to see a way forward in a way that is clear a way to reduce unemployment in thou nations of thou Third World, and we hope and we pray that many businesses are able to see a way forward in a way that is clear a way to  help thou nations of thou Third World to find a method to reduce what is described as poverty, and to find a method to reduce what is described as starvation.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge all things are possible through thou if there is a faith, and if there is a trust, and if there is a belief, placed in thou to guide many to decide how to resolve an issue, and to guide many to see in a way that is clear a contribution that all of Mankind has made to a situation. It is at this time we ask that a self will reflect carefully upon a need to care for thou creation in thou way that thou desires.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that all of Mankind has a freedom of will, and we acknowledge that on an occasion it is hard for a self to make a right choice. We hope and we pray that many will be able to see in a way that is clear the error of a way, and we hope and we pray that a self will say sorry for a wrong doing, and we hope and we pray that a self will make a change in a life that is necessary, and we hope and we pray that a self will turn to thou always.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, who together with thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and thou Holy Spirit, reigns on most high, and is the Governor of all who are of thou world that we live on, and who is the most supreme, and who is the most absolute power and being, that is, that was, and that will always be, always, now and for evermore.

Amen

A reflection on the creation of thou world of Our Heavenly Father

Reflections for the day

1 Chronicles 29:11

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.

Prayer moves the hand that moves the world.

A reflection on the creation of thou world of Our Heavenly Father

Heavenly Father,

We acknowledge that thou loves each and every one of us, and we acknowledge that thou love is one that is all encompassing, and we acknowledge that thou love is one that enables all of Mankind to love thou with all of a heart, and to love thou with all of a soul, and to love thou with all of a mind, and to love thou with all of a strength. We acknowledge that thou love for all of Mankind is one that is not bound by words, and we acknowledge that thou love for all of Mankind is one that is not bound by time, and we acknowledge that thou love for all of Mankind is one that is not bound by energy. We acknowledge that thou love for all of Mankind is one that overspills into a relationship, and we acknowledge that thou love for all of Mankind is one that enables all of Mankind to love thou neighbour, in thou way that thou Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, loves us all.

Heavenly Father, thou art the creator of thou world that we live in and thou hath created all things known to all of Mankind, and thou hath created all things unseen by all of Mankind. Thou art almighty, and thou art most powerful, and we praise thou, and we exalt thou, for thou power and for thou mightiness.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou instructed all of Mankind to be a keeper of thou world that we live in, and we acknowledge that thou instructed all of Mankind to have a dominion over all things, and we acknowledge that thou instructed all of Mankind to subdue thou earth.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou bestowed upon thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the title Mighty God. We acknowledge  that in thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, dwells all the fullness of thou Deity and that a fullness of thou Deity is in what is known as a bodily form. We acknowledge that thou created thou world that we live in, and we are able to see in a way that is clear thou power at work in thou world. Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou hath a majesty, and we acknowledge that thou hath a mightiness, which is a might, and which is a majesty, that is one that can be described as divine.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we acknowledge thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge the beauty of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge the splendour of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge the mightiness of thou creation, and it is at this time we acknowledge thou presence always in thou creation.

Heavenly Father, many are able to see in a way that is clear that thou bestowed upon all of Mankind thou world for a safe keeping, and we acknowledge that there are many who are happy with the way things are. We are able to see in a way that is clear that there will be a time in the future of all of Mankind when all of Mankind will reflect upon a manner, and a way that all of Mankind have treated thou creation.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we hope and we pray that many will reflect carefully upon the need to care for thou creation in the way that thou desires, and we hope and we pray that many will reflect carefully upon the error of a way, and we hope and we pray, that a self will say sorry for a wrong doing, and we hope and we pray that a self will make the changes necessary in the life of a self in order to show a repentance, and we hope and we pray that a self will turn to thou always.

Heavenly Father, all things are possible through thou if a self places a faith, and if a self places a trust, and if a self places a belief in thou.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray, that all of Mankind are able to turn to thou in praise and in thankfulness, and we hope and we pray that a self will make the right choices in order to restore a peace, and in order to restore a harmony to thou creation, and we hope and we pray, that a self will care for thou creation in a way that is fitting.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for all of Mankind to redeem all of Mankind from all sins, and to show all of Mankind thou way to thou, and all that hath been spake in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who lives within Man, and who dwells amongst Man, and who advocates for Man, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on litter

Reflections for the day

Revelation 4:11

“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

“Time spent in prayer will yield more than that given to work. Prayer alone gives work its worth and its success. Prayer opens the way for God Himself to do His work in us and through us. Let our chief work as God’s messengers be intercession; in it we secure the presence and power of God to go with us.”

A reflection on litter

Heavenly Father,

Thou art almighty, thou art most powerful, and thou art creator of the world and all that is in it. Thou instructed us to be keepers of thou world we live in, to have dominion over all things, and to subdue thou earth.

Heavenly Father, thou gave us thou world for safe keeping and there are many of us who are happy with the way things are but there are some of us who believe we have fallen short in keeping thou world in the way that thou created thou world.

Heavenly Father, we are able to see that the future of Mankind is one that can be described as bleak unless we change our ways. We are able to see that much of what hath happened in thou world could have been prevented, and much of what is likely to happen in thou world can be prevented.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we desire for Man to reflect carefully upon the nature of litter. We acknowledge that many of us are careful about the way in which we dispose of our litter. We are able to see that some of us are less careful than others in the way in which litter is disposed of. We are able to see that much of our litter is collected and disposed of by others, and we are able to see that some of our litter is not collected and disposed of, and that some of this litter that is not collected and disposed of is often blown by thou wind into thou streams, and is often blown by thou wind into thou rivers, and is often blown by thou wind into thou oceans.

We acknowledge that the process known as biodegrading is one that takes many years to complete, and we acknowledge that the process known as biodegrading is one where there are chemicals released and the chemicals that are released are described as toxic, and these chemicals are ones that are leaked into thou soil, and these chemicals are ones that are leaked into thou streams, and these chemicals are ones that are leaked into thou rivers, and these chemicals are ones that are leaked into thou oceans.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we acknowledge that the presence of litter in thou environment is one that provides a hazard, and this hazard is one to thou wildlife, and we acknowledge that there is a hazard to the health of Man, and this hazard is one that is described as potential, and this hazard that is described as potential is one that is due to the release of chemicals.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that Man will turn to thou and say sorry for the error of a way, and we hope and we pray that Man will make the changes in a life that are necessary, and we hope and we pray that Man will turn to thou, always.

Heavenly Father, it is at this time we ask thou to place opportunities before many to reflect carefully upon the need to make changes in a life, and the changes that are necessary are ones that relate to the disposal of litter, and we hope and we pray that Man will see the need to dispose of litter in a way that is described as fitting.

Heavenly Father, all things are possible through thou if we place a faith and if we place a  trust in thou to help Mankind to decide how to resolve these issues, and to help Man to see clearly the contribution he or she has made to this situation.

Heavenly Father, we uphold these words to thou now in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us to save us from all our sin and to show us thou way to thou, and in thou name of thou Holy Spirit, who lives amongst us, who dwells amongst us and who advocates for us, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.

A reflection on climate change

Reflections for the day

Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

The roots of our prayer tree are the scriptures-the Bible. They supply nutrition to the whole tree. Drawing from the roots will increase our effectiveness and power in prayer.

A reflection on climate change

Heavenly Father,

Our concern is that the future of Mankind is very bleak unless Man change a way. Your natural resources are b used in such a way that there is no doubt that Man will have to find alternative methods soon in providing energy. Many of your people of the nations described as the  Third World are dying of starvation, or are dying because medication that would save a life cannot be afforded, or dying because there is no access to water.

Heavenly Father, your world was given to Mankind for safe keeping. There are many who are happy with the way things are but there are some who believe Man has fallen short in keeping your world in the way that you created your world.

Much of what has happened in your world could have been prevented. Much of what is likely to damage your world can be prevented. There is now a need for all your nations to take stock in finding methods to promote low carbon technologies, and there is now a need for all your nations to take stock in  dealing with the effects of predicted changes in your earth’s climate.

Heavenly Father, many of those issues could be resolved if businesses took an ethical approach, and many of those issues could be resolved if businesses considered ways to use their assets to make your world a better place. Many businesses are already harnessing your natural resources, and many businesses  are attempting to reduce  carbon emissions. Many  businesses are able to see a way forward clearly in reducing unemployment in your nations who are described as your nations of the Third World.

Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that all businesses are able to see a way forward clearly in becoming ethical in practice. We hope and we pray that all businesses are able to see their way forward clearly in helping your nations of the Third World  find methods to reduce poverty and starvation.

Heavenly Father, we uphold to you now all that has been said in the name of yourself, Our Heavenly Father, and in the name of your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and in the name of your Holy Spirit, knowing that Mankind has a freedom of will, and knowing that Mankind needs to make the right choices, and knowing that Man must be able to see in a way that is clear the error of a way, and knowing that Man must be sorrowful for all errors of judgement, and all errors of deed, and knowing that Man must make a change in a life that is necessary, and knowing that yourself together with your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit is able to advocate for all who are of this world that we live in, now and always, for evermore.

Amen.
