A reflection on solace
Reflections for the day
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Tell God all that is in your heart, as one unloads one’s heart, its pleasures and its pains, to a dear friend. Tell God your troubles, that God may comfort you; tell God your joys, that God may sober them; tell God your longings, that God may purify them; tell God your dislikes, that God may help you conquer them; talk to God of your temptations, that God may shield you from them: show God the wounds of your heart, that God may heal them. If you thus pour out all your weaknesses, needs, troubles, there will be no lack of what to say. Talk out of the abundance of the heart, without consideration say just what you think. Blessed are they who attain to such familiar, unreserved intercourse with God. –Francois Fenelon
A reflection on solace
Thou art the creator of thou heavens and thou earth. Thou art almighty and thou art most powerful. Thou created thou world for a particular purpose and a particular purpose was for thou world to be inhabited by Mankind, and to be inhabited by all things that are living. Thou art a loving Father and thou art a compassionate Father. Thou love thou hath for all Mankind is a love that is desirable, and is a love that can heal a pain of rejection, and is a love that accepts all Mankind.
Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that thou world was created by thou as a world that was just, and we acknowledge that thou world was created by thou as a world that was right, and we acknowledge that thou world was created by thou as a world that was in perfect harmony. We acknowledge that all Mankind fall short in thou expectation, and we acknowledge that thou world that we live in is one that can be described as thou world that has fallen from grace, and we acknowledge that thou world that we live in is one that is now imperfect, and we acknowledge that there is a suffering that is experienced by many in thou world that thou created.
Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that in thou Scriptures that we are able to see in a way that is clear that thou art Our Sovereign Lord. We are able to see in a way that is clear that much of what happens in a life happens for a purpose, and that an event that happen in a life for some works together to produce what is known as good. Many are able to see in a way that is clear that this is a state of goodness and is one that can be described as a nearness to thou.
Heavenly Father, it is at this time we reflect upon all who have a worry, and all who have a concern. We acknowledge that for many when a life goes smoothly, and for many when thou blessings are evident, that all have a belief that a self has a control over an event, and we acknowledge that for some there is a belief that all do not have a need for thou in a life. We are able to see in a way that is clear that for many when a life is less than desirable there is a thought that is one that rejects thou presence.
Heavenly Father, we ask thou to guide Mankind in a daily life, and we ask thou to guide all to bring to thou a worry, and to bring to thou a concern, and we ask thou to help all to trust thou always.
Heavenly Father, we acknowledge thou art always present, and we acknowledge that since time began that thou love for Mankind has remained constant, and that since time began thou desire was, and is, for Mankind to turn to thou has remained constant.
Heavenly Father, we acknowledge that if many turn to thou and say sorry for the error of a way, and repent for an error of a way, that thou will forgive a self, and we acknowledge that many are able to seek thou presence and thou solace.
Heavenly Father, it is at this time we are able to see in a way that is clear that many have a difficulty in coping with a life and that many turn to eating, and many turn to drinking, in a way that is excessive in order to seek a comfort. We hope and we pray that Mankind will reflect carefully upon thou gift of solace, and we hope and we pray that Mankind will turn to thou for solace.
Heavenly Father, it is at this time we are thankful for the good works of Lantern in Clarksville, Tennessee where many wives of the military have turned to thou for guidance, and have turned to thou for solace.
Heavenly Father, we hope and we pray that many are able to see in a way that is clear that thou art able to bring about thou purpose for thou glory, and for the good of all Mankind. We ask thou to guide all to accept an event that happens in a life, and guide all to see in a way that is clear that there are times many are uplifted by thou ministry of thou Holy Spirit.
Heavenly Father, we uphold to thouself, Our Heavenly Father, all that hath been spake in thou name of thouself, Our Heavenly Father, and in thou name of thou Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who together with thou Holy Spirit, advocates for all Mankind, now and always, for evermore.
